What does a sales Assistant do at Youpret?
The main focus of the customer service role is assisting customers via email and phone. Our customer service representatives help clients with various issues and coordinate interpreter bookings.
The Sales Assistant position requires a positive attitude, a genuine interest in helping customers, and confidence in interacting with a wide variety of people from different industries. Digital skills are essential, as we use several IT systems.
Familiarity with the public sector and experience with CRM systems are considered advantages, but they are not required for the sales assistant position. You also don't need prior knowledge of the interpreting industry, as we will provide training.
For this role, you must have strong written and spoken Finnish skills, as most of our clients are Finnish-speaking. If you know Swedish, German, French, or Russian in addition to Finnish and English, it will be considered a significant advantage.
