We are seeking an INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE SERVICE SPECIALIST to develop our services at Youpret

As we are developing our interpreting services and expanding our interpreter network, especially in the language pair of German–Russian, our business growth has led us to strengthen our team with a permanent language specialist who among other things will be responsible for recruiting interpreters fluent in German and Russian.


The responsibilities of an international language service specialist include creating job advertisements for interpreters, processing interpreter applications, interviewing interpreters, drafting contracts, creating user accounts, introducing new interpreters to how collaboration with Youpret works, and possibly conducting market research for interpretation services in the target country. Translation work from Youpret's own Finnish or English materials to your other working languages is also possible.


What we expect from you:

  • Either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in foreign languages, studies that focus on translation and interpretation are considered as an advantage, or e.g. a degree in international business
  • Native or C1–C2 level fluency in Finnish or English
  • Native or C1–C2 level fluency in German, additional language skills are considered as an advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of German-speaking cultures and societies
  • Previous work experience in the translation and interpretation sector, multilingual communication, or HR is considered as an advantage but is not required
  • Fluent and meticulous written communication as well as outgoing and confident oral communication skills in your working languages.
