What does a customer service representative do at Youpret?

The main focus of the customer service role is assisting customers via email and phone. Our customer service representatives help clients with various issues and coordinate interpreter bookings.

The position involves both verbal and written communication with customers, so fluency in Finnish is required. Other language skills (e.g., English, Swedish, Russian, German) are considered an advantage.

Being articulate, having a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills are assets for this role. Additionally, accuracy, attention to detail, and an organized approach to work are essential for success. Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to quickly learn new ones are also beneficial in customer service.

Our customer service team works in our main office located in the center of Joensuu. We offer comprehensive onboarding for the role, and at the office, you'll be supported by Youpret's collaborative and diverse team.
