Book a free onboarding training for the Youpret application
We organize free onboarding training sessions for our customers on how to use the Youpret app. If your organization is in need of a quick training on the Youpret interpretation app, lasting around 30 minutes, please contact us! Training sessions can be arranged at short notice, as the training sessions are conducted via video link.
The content of the training is tailored according to the customer’s wishes. If you are wondering about a specific feature of the application, or if you have any questions about ordering interpretation services, or about Youpret, we will focus the training on these issues.
The benefits of the onboarding training
The onboarding training helps customers smoothly implement the Youpret app across their entire organization. The aim of the training is to make it as easy as possible for customers to use our interpreting services from the beginning of our cooperation. The training also prevents the information gaps within the company or organization when ordering interpretation services.
Our onboarding training is also well-suited for our customers who have been using our services for a longer period of time. Training can be arranged for new employees whenever necessary. This saves our customers’ time that would otherwise be spent training new employees on how to use the Youpret app and how to order interpretation services.
You can order the onboarding training in two ways:
- Book an appointment from the booking calendar.
- Contact our trainer Vertti Kypärä directly, either by email vertti.kypara@youpret.com or by calling (040 716 9099).
We will need the name of your organization, the number of participants for the training and your preferred time for the training. The training can also be conducted via your preferred video call service instead of Google Meet.
